We refer to the Company's announcements dated 21 October 2020, 30 October 2020, 6 November 2020, 3 December 2020, 10 December 2020 and 11 January 2021 in relation to the Free Warrants Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
